I texted to see if a vehicle was available. I got a reply within minutes. Texted back and forth with Randy and he answered all my questions and then talked to him on the phone about purchasing the vehicle. All paper work was done on line including financing. The whole thing took less than 3 hours total. We made the trip from Milwaukee and picked up my new truck 5 days later. No surprises.
Graham and the rest of the staff were great. I was in Europe for most of the transaction and they made the process effortless. I was able to get back to the States and everything was ready. They were also able to get me a lower rate and added in a new muffler ( since I didn't like the sound the truck was making).
Very professional group (especially Michael Levrence) that had me through the sales process quickly and efficiently. Michael helped me with all my requests needed to confidently have faith rather than physically inspecting myself as I live two states away.

My salesperson quit working at this dealership after I signed for my new vehicle so communication was spotty. Also had service issues afterwards and the service group was helpful but I’m still having issues with the radio. They offered for me to bring it back a 4th time but I don’t have unlimited time to run back and forth.
The leaf springs were failed on the rear of the 19 Tacoma I bought from them. I spoke with Joey the sales manager about this issue. We came to an agreement as to the solution. I received a check for $250 towards the repair. However, I feel that the broken leaf springs should have been repaired before the Tacoma was placed up for re-sell.
My experience was smooth and pain free. My salesperson Graham and the manager, Troy were both very patient with me and my concerns. I highly recommend them for anyone

They sold me a car with engine probs. my mechanic discovers evidence of a blown head gasket 2 weeks after I left the lot. Only thing they offered was look at it themselves. Of course their mechanics said it was fine. I had Nissan inspect it and they agreed that both head gaskets were leaking. I notified them again and they didn’t offer anything other than buying another car with my broken car as a trade in and no other additional money for my troubles.

We had a good experience at ClearShift. We found the car on AutoTrader and Angel was helpful getting the car ready and showing it to us. The whole transaction over a couple days was low key and informative. A couple issues are being followed up on making us very happy customers.

My internet search turned up the 2023 F150 Tremor I was after. Kenton at the Loveland location, reached out to me and located the truck I was after, had it transported from Alberta within a week, had a bed liner installed beforehand, stayed in touch with me throughout the purchasing process via long distance, and picked me up from a meeting place nearby to complete the transaction. Bought a vehicle from the Highlands Ranch location and was able to pick it up at the Loveland Location. These made it very convenient for me. When I picked it up from the Loveland location, it was ready to go. They had it washed and the gas tank filled up. Both locations made the buying experience pleasant. Will look to ClearShift first, when I buy my next vehicle.

Called dealership on Thursday and drove up on Tuesday to test drive and trade in old car. They had the vehicle ready and Preston was there ready to assist. The whole process was very easy and clear. We love the new vehicle and are enjoying it. Unfortunately we had a major hailstorm just days after purchase and are now working on getting repairs. 😔
